process easier. From initial consultation to the day we wipe
up the last bit of dust from the completed project, we'll be
there with you making sure your visions are converted to
reality.
Planning
Take your dreams, add in our expertise and experience
and a pinch of our ideas and you've got the recipe for the
perfect kitchen or bathroom. Here's how it typically works.
One of our designers will meet with you at your home to see
the room and listen to your ideas for it. Together you'll
discuss your budget and what's practical given that budget
and the physical limitations of the space. The designer will
explain his ideas about how best to reach your goals and
describe the various products and techniques used to achieve
them. At that time, he'll develop a rough budget quote.
He'll return with a budgetary quote and a detailed
explanation of what that quote includes. If you decide to
proceed, a nominal design deposit seals the deal and
detailed, computer generated architecture drawings are
produced. These drawings are then presented for your
approval along with an itemized quote. Once the quote and
drawings are accepted, a deposit is paid, material is
ordered and a start date is scheduled. Janco Design Group
takes care of the rest. We order the material, arrange for
permits, schedule material deliveries and labor and make
ourselves available to answer any questions that you may

Execution
Remodeling projects can be disruptive. Our goal is to
minimize the disruption as much as possible. All crew
members arrive fully briefed on the scope of the project and
ready to work. The area to be worked in is isolated as much
as possible and all efforts are made to keep collateral dust
and dirt to a minimum. The jobsite is swept down daily and
all traffic areas are cleared at the end of the day. The
homeowner is kept informed of daily progress and the plans
for each day and Nick and his staff are always available to
answer any questions that might arise.
Follow-up
Janco Design Group, Inc. will contact the client 3, 6
and 9 months after their project is completed. At those
times, any warranty issues will be discussed and resolved.
Warranty
All work performed by Janco Design Group, Inc is fully
guaranteed for three (3) full
years from the original date of installation. |
